This guide explains how to connect your computer to the NEC SL2100 or SL1100 phone system to perform system programming using either PCPro (Windows-based software) or WebPro (browser-based interface).
Option 1: Connect Using PCPro
PCPro is a Windows application used for full system programming of the NEC SL2100 and SL1100. Follow these steps to connect:
Step 1: Set Up Your Network Connection
- Ensure both your computer and the NEC phone system are connected to the same local network (LAN).
- Power on the NEC system.
Step 2: Download and Install PCPro
- Download PCPro for SL2100
- Download PCPro for SL1100
- Install the software on your Windows computer.
Step 3: Launch PCPro and Log In
- Open PCPro and click the Connect button (top-left corner).
- In the Connect window, enter the login details below:

- In the Download window, click Start to retrieve current system settings.
- When finished, click Close.
- Go to the System Data tab to begin programming.
Option 2: Connect Using WebPro
WebPro allows browser-based programming using the system’s IP address. This method is ideal for quick edits and remote access.
Step 1: Open WebPro in a Browser
- Launch your preferred web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge).
- Enter the phone system’s IP address in the address bar. Examples:
