Port Forwarding

⚠️ Please consult with on-site IT personnel for this section.

You will now need to forward ports in the clients Router or Firewall to allow the inbound traffic from Intermedia’s Servers.

  • Forward Port 6060 (UDP) to the phone system’s IP address set in 10-12-09 (this is the SIP signaling port)

Next, you will need to forward a range of ports for audio/voice.

  • Forward RTP/UDP Ports 10020–10083 to the IP address set in 84-26
  • Disable SIP ALG on all network components (modem, router, firewall, etc.)
